Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, act as team leader, coach and supervise the personal care team, and follow clinical, safety and organisational procedures. Applicants need current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, knowledge of Aged Care legislation, quality standards and AN-ACC assessments, strong understanding of ageing and age-related health conditions, coaching and conflict resolution skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills, IT competence, and willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance. Casual and part-time work is available across morning, afternoon and night shifts.
