ReachOut is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join its Fundraising and Partnerships Team. The role involves managing and developing existing corporate and trust partnerships, establishing new sustainable partnerships, writing funding proposals, managing reporting and communications, and developing employability partnerships providing work experience, apprenticeship and internship opportunities for ReachOut Alumni and university student mentors. Responsibilities include managing a prospect pipeline, identifying funding opportunities, overseeing the Career Mentoring programme, supporting community fundraising events, maintaining Salesforce, developing partnership communications, and line managing the Partnerships Coordinator and interns or volunteers. The role requires corporate fundraising, sales, account management or commercial partnership experience, strong relationship management, communication, writing, time management and IT skills, and an understanding of fundraising practices, social mobility, equality, diversity, inclusion and employability.
