ReachOut is recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership, vision and direction and enable the organisation to reach the next stage of its journey. The role involves joining ReachOut as it celebrates its 20th anniversary and develops a new strategy to expand its reach and impact. This is a permanent contract with a six-month probation period, offering 30 to 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office in London or Manchester and regular travel between locations. The start date is negotiable. Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service. The post holder will undertake appropriate safeguarding training and work within the organisation's safeguarding policies.
