The Senior Intelligence Analyst is a mission-critical leadership role within the Threat Management Intelligence Department. The role owns intelligence missions, provides operational leadership, maintains situational awareness of potential and developing risks, and sets the operational tempo for the Intelligence team. Duties include advanced open-source intelligence collection and analysis, producing threat assessments and briefings, serving as intelligence lead during Tier 1 events, mentoring analysts, improving processes and technology, maintaining intelligence platforms and databases, building external partnerships, leading after-action reviews, and serving as acting Supervisor, Security Intelligence when needed. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, National Security, or a related field, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, expertise in OSINT tools and tradecraft, strong analytical writing and communication skills, experience mentoring or leading peers, knowledge of physical security, executive protection, and event security, willingness to obtain and maintain relevant clearances or law enforcement partnerships, and willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
