Serve as a key partner to Sphere Studios and Tech Ops leadership by driving cross-functional collaboration, resourcing strategy, and operational efficiency. Design and improve workflows, maintain time tracking and resource allocation processes, build operational playbooks and dashboards, develop KPIs, support business reviews and planning, assist with budget tracking, align studio output with enterprise priorities, establish accountability and communication processes, and evaluate tools and automation opportunities. The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Operations, Production Operations, Strategy and Operations, or Consulting, along with the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a matrixed organization, prioritize multiple assignments, drive process improvements, and communicate and manage projects effectively. Periodic travel between New York, Burbank, and Las Vegas is required.
