Support security planning, site development, infrastructure readiness, and pre-opening security for the Sphere National Harbor project. Responsibilities include developing construction-site security plans and pre-opening procedures, coordinating access controls and contractor and vendor movement, partnering on physical security design and technology planning, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with law enforcement and public safety agencies, managing incident reporting and escalation, developing the pre-opening security operating model, tracking security trends and readiness gaps, and overseeing construction-phase security personnel or third-party resources. The role requires 7 to 10 plus years of relevant security, construction-site, infrastructure, law enforcement, military, or large-scale venue experience, including experience with construction or pre-opening security planning, physical security measures, access control, surveillance planning, incident response, investigations, contractor controls, security reporting, and managing security personnel or providers. Travel up to 15% is required, along with regular presence at an active construction or development site. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
