Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking part-time Designers for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 12 weeks, generally requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with possible evenings and weekends based on project deadlines and operational needs. As part of the Design and Creative Services team, Designers will craft immersive concepts and campaigns across branding, identity systems, style frames, storyboards, marketing materials, merchandise, print, websites, pitch decks, digital activations and immersive experiences. Duties include taking direction from Creative and Art Directors, developing multi-platform brand identity systems, designing experiential projects, sketching and illustrating concepts, creating storyboards, animatics and production-ready motion designs, collaborating on research and concept development, preparing creative pitch decks, identifying emerging cultural trends, maintaining high creative standards and responding flexibly to feedback. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in a professional creative production studio or agency, proficiency across visual design software and media, a strong design and storytelling background, collaboration and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and short deadlines. Experience with 3D modeling, design and animation is a plus. The role requires occasional travel and non-conventional work hours.
