Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation, manage month-end processes, prepare management accounts and reconciliations, maintain financial data and reporting, prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flows, manage tax accounting and regulatory statements, manage NDIS and Aged Care home care package claims, and process fortnightly payroll. The role requires knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care accounting functions, advanced Xero knowledge, payroll experience and understanding of the NSW SCHADS Award, initiative, autonomy, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, a current NSW Driver's Licence and own vehicle, a National Police Check valid within the last 90 days, and the right to work in Australia.
