Develop, implement and oversee processes that maintain high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HCP and CHSP teams to manage improvements and develop quality management strategies, initiatives and plans. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, conduct desktop and site audits, implement audit actions and recommendations, monitor continuous improvement initiatives, and remain up to date with regulatory changes and reforms. The role requires strong people, communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, along with an organised, detail-oriented and process-driven approach to quality and risk management.
