TLC Aged Care is seeking confident, reliable and passionate Aged Care Workers to provide in-home care services to seniors in Bankstown. Duties include personal care, light housework, laundry assistance, meal preparation, shopping and transport support, social support, home respite, and maintaining documentation in line with personalised care plans. Applicants need unrestricted working rights in Australia, a driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle, smartphone and internet access, availability for at least 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday, flexibility for some weekend shifts, relevant checks and certificates, effective communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
