Provide high quality clinical nursing care to residents, lead shifts, coach and supervise personal care staff, build relationships with residents and families, support a safe and inclusive environment, and respond to changing resident needs. Applicants need current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, at least two years' nursing experience, aged care legislation and quality standards knowledge, understanding of AN-ACC assessments, clinical knowledge of ageing, coaching skills, communication and conflict resolution skills, IT competence, and willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance. Permanent part-time morning, afternoon and night duty opportunities are available.
