Hanover Bank is seeking an SBA Portfolio Manager II for a remote position responsible for maintaining and monitoring the existing SBA loan portfolio, maintaining client contact, and assisting with servicing requests. Duties include managing SBA past dues up to 60 days, fielding loan advances and payments, disbursing multi-disbursement loans, monitoring portfolio health and reporting requirements, obtaining information for modifications and servicing actions, managing documentation exceptions, interfacing with loan review, regulators, and auditors, and working with SBA originations, credit administration, and loan servicing. Candidates should have at least three years of SBA lending department experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of SBA 7(a), USDA programs, and SBA servicing procedures. The role requires teamwork, independent problem solving, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
