Hanover Bank is seeking a full-time Retail Regional Manager to lead its branch network. The role provides management oversight, mentoring, coaching, and strategic insight to support bank growth, regulatory compliance, client service, sales revenue, deposit growth, and customer retention. Duties include guiding branch managers and assistant managers, coordinating staffing, handling escalated complaints, conducting branch visits, developing retail sales plans, supporting new business development, approving payroll and performance processes, managing risk, compiling market surveys, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and senior management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business management or finance, or more than five years of regional branch management, sales, or operational management experience, preferably in banking. Strong knowledge of banking products, cash management, treasury management, compliance, lending, and operations is required, along with Microsoft Office proficiency, public speaking, leadership, communication, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.
