Work with leading health care attorneys on complex regulatory matters affecting hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and other providers. The litigation-focused role involves regulatory litigation, Administrative Procedure Act challenges, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes, audits, government investigations, False Claims Act defense, fraud and abuse matters, substantial briefing, appellate advocacy, and administrative and judicial litigation. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience, outstanding academic credentials, strong research, analytical, writing, and litigation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an interest in health law and policy. Experience with or strong interest in Administrative Procedure Act litigation, reimbursement appeals, government investigations, False Claims Act defense, and health care regulatory disputes is valued, while judicial clerkship experience and government service are highly valued.
