Associates are expected to pursue partnership and contribute to the firm's future success. Partnership consideration requires at least eight years of legal practice, including at least two years at HLB. Additional criteria include legal expertise, quality legal services, a solid reputation in the health care law community, client responsiveness, productivity, efficiency, the ability to handle multiple projects, compliance with firm policies, business development, billable hours, meaningful administrative contributions, effective working relationships, excellent judgment, and trustworthiness.
