Join the health care litigation team representing sophisticated health care providers and suppliers, including health systems, post-acute care providers, physicians and medical groups, laboratories, pharmacies, and digital health companies. Candidates should be junior or mid-level associates licensed in California and located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego. The role requires effective client communication, clear written legal analysis, understanding of client business objectives, practical legal advice, and collaboration with colleagues in fraud and abuse, licensing and certification, and health care transactions. Applicable litigation experience may include brief writing, motion practice, discovery, e-discovery, arbitration, depositions, internal investigations, and subpoena responses. Prior health care litigation experience is not required, but candidates should have level-appropriate litigation skills and an interest in health law, complex regulatory regimes, and litigation. The firm offers primarily remote work, meaningful health law matters, professional development, comprehensive benefits, and discretionary bonuses. The salary range is $195,000 to $360,000 annually.
