Provide direct clinical nursing care in clients' homes, conduct assessments, dressings, medication assessments and catheter changes, develop holistic nursing care plans, support clients with complex needs, maintain accurate documentation and work with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants need current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, at least three years' postgraduate nursing experience, clinical assessment experience, strong computer skills, and a NSW driver's licence with a reliable vehicle. Permanent part-time work is available, with weekday hours, kilometre reimbursement and not-for-profit tax benefits.
