Produce hand formed, stone baked sourdough, as well as a range of sourdoughs and buns for wholesale and cafe clients. Bakers are involved in the whole process, from mixing through to slicing and packing the end product. The role operates 7 days a week, with mostly daytime shifts, shared night shifts and weekend work expected. Applicants should demonstrate communication, attention to detail, problem solving, sense of urgency, organisation, cleanliness and teamwork.
