Coordinate and manage engineering shifts, oversee special projects and yard periods, mentor Engineering Managers, manage vendors, maintain schedules and staffing, oversee maintenance and repairs of vessels, vehicles, facilities, and equipment, manage inventory and regulatory reporting, conduct quality assurance checks, lead safety and emergency response, and ensure compliance with US Coast Guard, National Park Service, and other safety standards.
