Mass Mentoring Partnership seeks a forward-thinking manager to strengthen youth-serving programs and institutions throughout Massachusetts. The role develops, conducts, and facilitates virtual and in-person training, provides tailored coaching and consultation, supports cohorts and learning communities, leads special projects, expands partnerships and fee-for-service opportunities, and uses evaluation data and Salesforce to track outcomes and improve offerings. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree with four years of experience or a relevant master's degree with two years of experience preferred, or eight to ten years of experience in program development, management, consultation, or youth development training. Candidates should understand mentoring or positive youth development, demonstrate a commitment to social justice, racial equity, and inclusion, have strong communication and presentation skills, experience with web-based training, Google Suite and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and hold a valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Massachusetts. Standard business hours apply, with evening and weekend hours for special events and convenings. The position is hybrid, with most work onsite in a Boston-based office and three set in-person days each week.
