Clark Wilson is seeking a very experienced civil trial lawyer to drive the litigation training program for its 30+ litigation lawyers and students. The flexible, part-time role is based in the Vancouver office and includes offering one-on-one development support, observing and providing feedback on court appearances, mediations and examinations for discovery, delivering practical workshops, and providing non-file-specific litigation assistance. The role is suited to someone with a passion for training and mentorship, particularly for newer members of the BC Bar, and may be ideal for a senior civil litigator from the BC Bar at the pre-retirement or early retirement stage. The average commitment is one day per week and can be arranged to suit the right candidate.
