Join Clark Wilson LLP's growing litigation practice group in a full-time, permanent position focused on insurance defence, commercial litigation and construction. Responsibilities include managing litigation files from start to finish, reviewing and organizing documents, drafting pleadings and motion materials, managing discovery, preparing for examinations for discovery, mediation and trial, conducting legal research, communicating with clients, experts and opposing counsel, and handling related administrative duties. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized Paralegal program and have at least 7 years of recent experience as a senior litigation paralegal. The role requires knowledge of BC civil litigation practices and BC Supreme Court Civil Rules, strong analytical, writing, organizational and technical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and BC Online, and experience with e-discovery software including Summation, Ipro Eclipse and CaseMap.
