Join the legal team of a global company supporting the MENA region's energy transition, particularly in photovoltaic technology. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment agreements, supporting future IPO processes, and providing end-to-end commercial legal support across project development and EPC contracts, PV component supply chain and manufacturing agreements, O&M agreements, PPAs, and sales and distribution contracts. Candidates should have exceptional business acumen, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Arabic or Chinese proficiency is advantageous. Applicants must be qualified lawyers with 4+ PQE from a reputable law firm or multinational in-house team, with complex commercial contract experience. Exposure to sovereign funds, private equity, infrastructure projects, capital markets or public listings is advantageous, while experience in the energy, infrastructure or industrial manufacturing sectors is a significant plus.
