Responsibilities include identifying and winning new clients, managing client partnerships, sourcing and presenting candidates, overseeing the recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding, providing market insights, and meeting sales and growth targets. Candidates should have strong client acquisition and account management skills, be entrepreneurial and commercially driven, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 6 years of recruitment experience are required, preferably in the Legal, Financial Services, Technology, or Life Sciences sectors.
