Niku X is hiring a highly organized and experienced Lead Craft Bartender to supervise daily Bar and Lounge operations, deliver excellent customer service, support cocktail creation and menu development, assist with food and beverage presentation, resolve customer complaints, conduct beverage inventory, train team members and maintain cleanliness. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience as a lead bartender or bar supervisor, knowledge of wine and sake, TIPS or TAM certification, POS proficiency, knowledge of accounting principles, physical stamina, strong communication and organizational skills, and weekend and holiday availability. Mixology, wine and spirit, and ServSafe certifications are advantageous.
