Provide holistic primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled health service. The role requires understanding and applying the principles of Aboriginal community control, working sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, experience in trauma-informed care, comprehensive patient assessment and clinical care planning, contributing to effective clinical teams and best practice approaches, competence in patient information management systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandatory requirements include General Practice qualifications such as FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent with vocational registration, AHPRA registration, current Medicare provider and prescriber numbers, and RACGP or equivalent QI and CPD triennium training and education requirements.
