Provide community-based mental health services in homes and other natural community settings to children and youth through age 21. Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnosis and determination of medical necessity, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, referrals, documentation, supervision and required training. Candidates must have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field, a current New York State license in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling or creative arts therapy, strong writing and record-keeping skills, the ability to use an Electronic Health Record, and the ability and willingness to travel to clients' homes and schools. Bilingual Spanish and English is essential.
