Provide community-based mental health services to children and youth through age 21 and their families in homes and other natural community settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnosis or determination of medical necessity, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, referrals, progress notes and case records, weekly supervision, and required training. Applicants must have a graduate degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, a current New York State license in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or creative arts therapy, good writing and record-keeping skills, the ability to use an electronic health record, and the ability and willingness to travel to clients' homes and schools. Bilingual Spanish and English is essential.
