Provide community-based mental health services in homes and other natural community settings to children and youth through age 21. Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses and medical necessity determinations, treatment planning, individual, group and family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, referrals, progress notes and case records, weekly supervision, and required training. Applicants must have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field, a current New York State license in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling or creative arts therapy, strong writing and record-keeping skills, the ability to use an electronic health record, and the ability and willingness to travel to clients' homes and schools. Bilingual Spanish and English is essential. Minimum 10 hours per week, with a schedule varying according to client availability.
