This founding technical role includes ownership of architecture, security, roadmap sequencing, vendor selection, hiring, audit readiness, financial analysis engines, CI/CD, observability, performance, and infrastructure costs. Required qualifications include early-stage technical leadership taking a product from MVP through production scale, 10 or more years of software engineering experience, proficiency with a modern TypeScript stack, security and compliance experience, and success partnering with non-technical founders. Fintech, lending, regulated-industry, SOC 2, or bank vendor onboarding experience is preferred.
