Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on HR partner for a stable nonprofit in the power and utility sector undergoing modernization and process transformation. Responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, coaching, succession planning, change management, employee relations, investigations, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, leave management, benefits, compliance, communications, culture, and learning and development. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with 8 to 10 years of related experience, at least 5 years managing employee relations, complex leave administration experience, HR systems knowledge, recruiting experience, and knowledge of employment laws and HR functions.
