The role serves as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CFO across finance and operations, leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, insurance renewals, and audit processes. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, managing and mentoring the finance and operations team, and improving processes, controls, and business performance. Candidates should have senior finance or operations leadership experience, strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, payroll, AP, and AR, experience managing and developing teams, and the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive $130,000 to $150,000 base salary, employer-covered medical benefits, a 401(k) program, autonomy, executive exposure, and the opportunity to shape processes and drive operational excellence.
