Provide service to new business commercial insurance policyholders by quoting and binding new business, completing surplus lines applications, working with producers and carrier underwriters, responding to client calls and emails, supporting retention, processing policy transactions and billing, managing service levels, and cross-selling insurance solutions. This role is fully remote for candidates living in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. At least three years in an independent agency environment focused on commercial lines, excess and surplus lines experience, and required insurance licenses are required. Candidates must acquire and maintain a Massachusetts non-resident license if not already licensed in Massachusetts.
