Lead the client experience for a growing book of middle market commercial clients. Responsibilities include service strategy, renewal planning, carrier strategy, proposal development, client presentations, coverage reviews, account rounding, coordination of service work, carrier relationship management, complex issue resolution, and mentoring internal team members. The hybrid role requires candidates to be based in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut, with occasional travel to meetings in and around Boston. At least five years of direct commercial insurance experience in an independent agency or brokerage environment and a Property and Casualty license are required. Specialty designations, CPCU, or CIC are preferred.
