Own and execute the enterprise revenue strategy for a specialty real estate investment lending platform. The role leads residential and institutional lending growth, inside and outside sales, institutional relationship management, marketing, partnerships, forecasting, pipeline discipline, KPI reporting, sales leadership development, and channel expansion. Qualifications include a proven record in specialty finance, fintech lending, residential investor lending, or related financial services; 15 or more years of progressive revenue leadership; multichannel team leadership; CRM, funnel analytics, forecasting, and scalable revenue infrastructure expertise; founder-led or private equity-backed environment experience; financial acumen; and strong execution and influencing skills. Strong preference is given to candidates based in south Florida or willing to relocate.
