Metro Housing|Boston seeks a mission-focused, analytically savvy, and forward-looking Chief Financial Officer to manage the use of its financial resources. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving on the senior leadership team, the CFO will act as the principal financial strategist, risk leader, and operational partner, guiding the organization through a shifting funding and regulatory environment, strengthening financial planning and analysis, modernizing systems and processes, and elevating financial acumen across program leadership. The role is based at the headquarters in Roxbury Crossing, Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid workforce and an expectation of working on-site at least 2 days a week. The salary range is $175,000 to $195,000 per year.
