Operate a US Coast Guard inspected small passenger vessel between the San Francisco Waterfront and Alcatraz Island, ensuring crew and passenger safety and environmental responsibility. Lead, manage, supervise, and train crew, conduct emergency drills and safety meetings, maintain vessel records, oversee workplace cleanliness, enforce regulations and company policies, and deliver exceptional customer service.
