Luxe Talent is recruiting an Assistant Boutique Manager on a permanent contract in Paris for a watches and jewellery brand located in an airport environment. The role involves assisting the Boutique Manager with operational and commercial management, supervising and supporting a team of six sales advisors, developing commercial performance through field management and results-oriented coaching, ensuring an excellent experience for an international clientele, managing clienteling activities and performance indicators, implementing commercial action plans, maintaining merchandising and brand standards, supporting store operations, and ensuring compliance with internal, payment, security and airport procedures. Applicants should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager, mandatory experience in the luxury or premium sector with a significant team, strong field management and performance coaching skills, commercial sensitivity, excellent presentation, knowledge of luxury codes, and fluency in French and English. Experience in a department store or high-traffic environment is appreciated.
