Luxe Talent is recruiting a Boutique Manager on a permanent contract in Roissy-en-France for a luxury watches and jewellery retailer in an airport environment. Responsibilities include managing the store's operational and commercial activity, leading and supporting a team of six sales advisors, developing sales performance through hands-on, results-focused management, coaching sales techniques, clienteling and luxury codes, ensuring an excellent experience for an international clientele, developing clienteling actions, analysing performance indicators, implementing commercial action plans, maintaining merchandising and brand standards, liaising with head office teams, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures including payment, security and airport compliance. Applicants must have at least three years of experience managing a team of five to ten people, experience in the luxury sector, strong sales and results orientation, excellent presentation and knowledge of luxury codes, and fluency in French and English.
