Luxe Talent is looking for a Floor Manager to join the flagship store of a sneaker brand in La Défense. You will lead, support and motivate the sales floor team through briefings, coaching and feedback, set an example in customer service and product knowledge, monitor and improve performance indicators, participate in merchandising, customer flow management and commercial operations, provide management presence on the floor to optimise sales, and ensure internal procedures and store standards are followed. The role requires at least two years of confirmed team management experience in retail, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, an interest in urban fashion, sneakers and street culture, as well as rigour, proactivity and team spirit.
