Luxe Talent is looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing custom furniture brand. Reporting directly to General Management, the role will manage relationships with architecture firms, interior design studios, hotel groups and prestigious real estate developers in the French market. Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new partners, developing and retaining a portfolio of key prescribers and decision makers, supporting clients in defining their needs and transforming creative concepts, analysing plans and technical specifications, coordinating samples and prototypes through project approval, representing the brand at meetings and industry events, and monitoring market trends. The role requires 4 to 8 years of experience in business development, specification or account management within premium furniture, interior design, architecture, FF&E or luxury hospitality, an established professional network in France, knowledge of long sales cycles, materials, finishes and custom manufacturing, bilingual English, strong commercial and relationship-building skills, autonomy and proactivity.
