Based in Paris and reporting to the Central Europe Retail Manager, you will oversee the performance and development of a network covering 5 outlet points of sale. Responsibilities include defining and implementing the Retail strategy, managing performance, supporting teams through transformation and reorganisation, acting as a key contact for management and operational teams, aligning commercial, operational and people objectives, and developing a sustainable performance culture. The role requires at least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager across France and outlet locations, essential experience in premium fashion, strategic vision, strong influencing and political skills, proven change management and restructuring expertise, excellent interpersonal skills in international corporate environments, and fluent French and English.
