Seylone is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own field operations and support preconstruction and project coordination. The role oversees test pit excavation, trenching, site preparation, interior demolition, field crews, schedules, safety, quality, technical documents, estimates, quantity takeoffs, proposals, client coordination, and project documentation. Candidates need at least five years of construction management, field supervision, or skilled trade experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, drawing interpretation, estimating, leadership, communication, and organization skills. Small machinery experience is a plus. Required certifications include 40 Hour HAZWOPER and OSHA 30. SWAC or TWIC and CDL are preferred.
