Seylone is seeking a skilled operator for precision coring and sawcutting on structural investigation, utility, and selective demolition scopes. Responsibilities include coring slabs, walls, and structural elements, wet and dry sawcutting, operating Hilti DSH 900-X saws, TE 3000-AVR breakers, and DSH-P pumps, managing slurry and spoils, coordinating cut locations with engineers and construction managers, performing selective demolition, and maintaining equipment. Candidates need at least three years of concrete coring and sawcutting experience, mechanical aptitude, safety discipline around slurry, silica, and noise, a valid driver's license, structural drawing skills, and dependability. OSHA 30, NYC SST, and Silica Awareness are required. Fire Guard F-60 and 40 Hour HAZWOPER are preferred.
