Registration opens at 12:01am AEST on Monday, 27 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday, 23 August 2026. The competition is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who are not prohibited from entering Crown. Entrants must submit an online entry, nominate an eligible Victorian resident aged 18 years or over, identify the nominee's signature recipe and course type, provide an explanation of 50 words or fewer, and upload a photograph of the nominee. The three best valid entries will be selected as finalists. Each finalist will be invited to a celebratory dinner at Gradi at Crown on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, and may invite up to 20 friends and family members. Finalists must also agree to filming, promotional commitments, and providing their recipe for possible inclusion on the Gradi at Crown menu for approximately one month. Only one eligible entry per entrant and nominee is accepted. Employees of Crown Resorts Limited and Grimdi Pty Ltd and their related bodies corporate, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
