Crasner Consulting is expanding and is looking for high calibre, ambitious consultants to join its London team. The role involves researching the law firm sector, mainly in EMEA, providing insight into investment flows, assisting with pitches and business development, project managing international assignments, producing market maps and research papers, preparing search documentation, networking with candidates, maintaining accurate records, advising on management consulting and merger assignments, supporting presentations to law firm boards, travelling for projects and business development, and handling administration, budgeting and expenses. The ideal candidate is likely to be a young professional with around one year's experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Excellent communication skills, an interest in law firm business and operations, teamwork, ambition, organisation and the ability to influence a sophisticated client base are required. European, Asian and Arabic language skills are desirable but not required. The role is based in the City of London, with EMEA and other international travel, and offers a basic salary with annual team and personal bonuses.
