Crasner Consulting is expanding and is looking for high calibre, ambitious consultants to join its London team. The role covers business development and relationship management, including generating pitches, expanding client relationships, networking at industry events, sourcing commercial opportunities and producing articles and thought leadership. It also involves researching markets and practice areas, producing market maps and research papers, preparing search assignment documents, networking with candidates, sharing relevant information, maintaining records, and coordinating projects with clients. The role includes advising on and generating management consulting and merger assignments, supporting presentations and advice to law firm boards, working with Partners, Principals, Associates, Researchers and administrative staff, supporting recruitment initiatives, travelling for projects and business development, and handling administration, budgeting and expenses. The ideal candidate is likely to have 3 to 7 years of executive search or recruitment experience in the legal or another professional services sector. Candidates from legal or consulting backgrounds with international experience may also be considered. Teamwork, ambition, organisation, presentation skills, business development ability and the capacity to influence a sophisticated client base are required. Language skills are desirable. The role is based in the City of London, with EMEA and other international travel, and offers a basic salary with annual team and personal bonuses.
