Crasner Consulting is looking for an experienced professional to join its London team. The role involves generating and attending client pitches, expanding law firm relationships, networking at industry events, sourcing commercial opportunities, producing thought leadership, researching markets and practice areas, preparing search documentation, networking with candidates, maintaining accurate records, supporting management consulting and merger assignments, advising law firm boards on international strategy, expansion and restructuring, working with colleagues across the firm, supporting internal recruitment, travelling for projects and business development, and handling administration, budgeting and expenses. The ideal candidate is likely to have 3 to 7 years of executive search or recruitment experience in the legal or another professional services sector, or a legal or consulting background with international experience. The candidate should be a smart, ambitious, dynamic and genuine team player, organised and well presented, and capable of developing business, advising clients and executing high-profile assignments. Language skills are desirable. The role is based in the City of London with EMEA and other international travel. Salary includes a basic salary and annual team and personal bonus.
