Under the supervision of registered or enrolled nurses, participate as a senior member of the care team to ensure residents receive a high standard of care. Responsibilities include carrying out procedures within your competence, reporting to senior staff, assisting with leadership and coordination of the care team, supporting residents' dignity and individuality, participating in treatment and rehabilitation, safeguarding residents' property, carrying out household duties, assisting with meals, following home policies and procedures, reporting accidents and incidents, attending training and implementing quality initiatives.
