Join a food retail concept company opening new stores in the UK and the USA, with an aggressive growth target for the next four years. The role involves researching new store locations, preparing forecasts and budgets, negotiating site leases, managing legal and licensing processes, overseeing the design and build of retail units ranging from £1 million to £2 million, leading project and construction meetings, sourcing systems, fixtures, fittings and equipment, managing changes to project scope, schedule and costs, and owning the expansion CAPEX budget. You will also develop expansion strategies to meet and exceed one-year and three-year targets. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, strong business acumen in project planning and management, and strong verbal, written and organisational skills are required. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
